This is a digital comic. They use computer effects to make still artwork look animated. The artwork is pretty good but it doesn't distract from the really lousy story. The writers simply prolonged scenes to make the story span multiple episodes so that you feel like you're watching the same chapter repeatedly. Whilst completely ignoring the social commentary any sci-fi scribe would have exploited. Proof that most comic book writers aren't that good. The Inhumans will supposedly appear in a live-action film in 2015. Hopefully, Marvel (Disney?) will hire a real writer.
This is a stiff animation. They take a picture and manipulate hair flowing or blink an eye to simulate movement. It's not a true animation to me. That said the story is interesting, a bit slow, and told in short episodes. The style they choose to present the story hurts the story. It's watchable
