At first I thought this DVD was too easy. I did the whole thing in one shot then I ran because I didn't think I got my heart rate up enough. The next several days I was sore where I have never been sore before. Think of it as more of a strength/toning dvd with short bits of cardio and don't cheat on the moves. You'll feel it.
