Movies Similar to Escapee (2011)

An escaped mental patient hunts a young psychology student who awoke something sinister deep within him during a routine visit to a psychiatric hospital. Abby and is touring a mental institution with her classmates when a troubling encounter with high risk patient Harmon Porter leaves her deeply shaken. Later that same evening, Abby and her roommate Lynn are studying when local cop Carter Thomas advises them to be on the lookout for a perverted window peeper. Meanwhile, as a storm rolls in, Porter stages a daring escape from the hospital, and sets his sights on tracking down Abby.
