The DVD is a nice pace for beginners. I'm not sure if intermediate to advanced exercisers would really get into this other than using it on a day they just can't seem to get to the gym. I find it easy to follow and kinda fun, especially since I've never really liked cardio much. It's broken into 5 10-minute sessions and you have the choice of doing them all at once or picking and choosing which to do. The instructor makes the DVD easy to follow and fun to exercise along to.
