B-minus, low budget, straight to video. Not very imaginable. Based on a Koontz novel - i'm sure the book was a 100 times better.

Very good for a B movie. Script and acting are both fairly believable, and the acting is decent. The stop-action sequence at the beginning of the movie is stupid and unecessary, but only lasts a few minutes and once you're past that the movie progresses fine. Worth a rent unless you're only into high budget A grade movies.

Idiotic and as phony as they come. Skip it.
