One of a few sequels that I can say is truly better then the original. Which says alot becasue the first movie was amazing and a true classic. I finally found this movie on DVD like two years ago. The VHS I had was worn out pretty bad. Anyways this movie is really good. Great acting by both Eric Roberts and Phillip Phee. Christopher Penn role was good too. Like I said with the first one you gotta be into Martial Arts movies to like this one. It's a great Revenge Thriller also.

Phillip Rhee is Taekowndo. This movie was beyond its time. For those of you who are looking for great action scenes, this is it. If you ever get the chance, watch it. It's really too bad that Blockbuster doesn't carry it. Good Luck.
