I really enjoyed this workout. I had never used a stability ball with a workout before and I loved it! Kimberly explained the exercises well but she is a little repetitive on her opinions of using a stability ball. I injured my back about ten years ago and aerobics helped some but using the stability ball really helped my balance and to strengthen my back. The exercises are quick, intense (for me, a beginner) and as soon as it gets hard....it over! What I love best it I can pick and choose which of the five workouts I want to do in any order I want. Some days I do three workouts, somedays I do two. It's great. Pam S.
