This is definitely for beginners, with just a touch of intermediate strategy. Annie Duke does talk a little too fast, and she "ummms" a lot. There is nothing on bluffing or trapping, but quite a bit on poker etiquette and starting hands. All in all, not a bad one to start with if you have no idea on how to play, or just started learning. Would have given it another star if she spoke a little slower and didn't seem so nervous.

Very good dvd for beginning players. Annie touched all the bases. Highly recommended for beginning players.

Yes she starts w/ the very basics but it did teach me some differences when playing no limit and pot limit games. Annie would greatly benefit by having people sitting at the table as she delt. That would of allowed things to flow more smoothly. Other than that, its worth watching.
