This dvd is unusually well-done for its kind. It presents a short (ten minute) qigong form based on the traditional meridians. The first part of the video breaks down the pieces of the form and demonstrates them with voice-over instructions. The second part is the form itself, run beginning to end without comment. The choice of form is a good one-- short, without too much in the way of tricky details or subtle movement. The teaching is clear. And even if you aren't convinced you're moving qi, you'll gain benefit from the breathing and range of motion exercise.
