    Unlike the 10 minute solutions Dance workouts, this is a butt kicker if you're not used to doing yoga. I recommend it highly for various levels of skill, but be prepared for the burn; this video will work muscles you didn't know you had. The only downer is that you might want to buy it (10 bucks at Target. ) after doing it three times because if you mix 20-30 minutes of yoga with 40-60 minutes of cardio- you have a great workout. and won't feel so sore the next day. This is my second 10 minutes solutions video, and I really like them, because they work you hard for 10 minutes for a quickie, or you can build your own workout to fit your needs and goals.

    I was pleasantly surprised by the arrangement and variety of exercises on this DVD. There are various 10-minute segments to choose from, including basic yoga, abs, hips and thighs, relaxation and stretching. You can choose which one/s you want to focus on each day, mix and match, or do all of them. The instruction is thorough and easy to follow along. Some of the exercises were a challenge, which I appreciated. I really enjoyed doing each segment. I would highly recommend this DVD for beginners and intermediates especially.

    This yoga exercise moves more quickly than the yoga classes I've taken in the past. I enjoyed the 10 minute segments and could really feel strengthened the next day.
