This movie looked like something you might find on public access cable television. The acting and story telling were awful. The producers tried to get a lot of mileage out of the fact Steve Guttenburg played Pecos Bill. When compared to this, his Police Academy performance looks like an Oscar winning performance. It's worth noting that he donated his time to this film. Personally, I dont think he had a choice. How could he have charged for this garbage?
