Flattop; stare straight ahead; Snake Eyes; BLOCKHEAD! Duty now for the future, Spuds. A must-see for all mutants. Check audio menu before watching. Two mixes are available: one from Bob Casale, and another from Big Round Sound productions. The Big Round mix has better bass. Use your freedom of choice, spuds! Overall sound is marginal, and so is the video quality, but it is understandable with a recording from that era. Performance-wise, it is the spudboys at their peak. Great Blockhead and Smart Patrol/Mr. DNA. The message in the music is as relevant today as it was then. We are all mutants destined to go down with the ship. So, sink with a smile spuds.

This was taken from a show from the Freedom of Choice Tour. The sound as the previous reviewer stated is not perfect but I think for the time period is very good. Jerry's mix is a bit on the thin side but the vocals are more out front. On the visual side the camera angle from where I assume is the mixing desk is rather blurry and lacks detail. The closeups onstage are great and clear as a bell. Worth a rental for sure, Essential viewing for any DEVOtee. This also gets major points for being a Dual-Disc with a audio only version on the flip (docked a couple of points for omitting the "FOC overture")..
