Quick Fix: Cardio Hip-Hop Workout features three fat and calorie-burning routines based on popular hip-hop dance moves. Previous dance experience is not required; each segment begins with a "life-line" move that students can fall back on if new steps get too complicated. The moves are a tad difficult but the music and instructor are good enough that you won't mind doing it over and over again, eventually doing the moves like a pro. Plus, she teaches the moves without going so slow that you don't feel like you're working out, you ARE working the whole time.
I did not find the workout to be very challenging. I am probably an intermediate level exerciser and I did not find myself working up a good sweat with this workout. The music was not motivating and that is what I was really looking for. A good workout with killer dance music. Do any of the Hip Hop workout videos have better music? Overall I like the 10 minute bursts but would not recommend this workout overall.
