Not to be confused with the 1991 TV movie Bad Attitudes, this film is a 1993 cop drama from director Bill Cummings. Leon stars as a narcotics officer with a tragically itchy trigger finger. When he accidentally shoots an innocent bystander, his behind is in a sling. Hoping to redeem himself, Leon embarks upon a one-man crusade to bring drug kingpin Susan Finque to justice.
