The second feature from I, Zombie director Andrew Parkinson, Dead Creatures tells the zombified tale of an urban subculture with a hunger for human flesh. Cursed with a mysterious illness that transforms them into rampaging flesh eaters, a group of city-dwelling women huddle in a small apartment caring for a friend whose skin is rapidly rotting away.
