More than the typical concert video, Oasis: Familiar to Millions is a firsthand glimpse at the legendary dysfunction within the band. Amid performances of hits like "Wonderwall" and "Champagne Supernova", viewers are given an unforgettable show, musically and otherwise. The brothers Gallagher are in classic form as Liam throws tantrums and curses his way through the set, having recently been left by his wife, actress Patsy Kensit. Other songs performed include a cover of Neil Young's "Hey Hey, My My" . ~ Matthew Tobey, Rovi

I give this video a perfect score... but let's be honest, the real reason to watch it is if you LOVE Oasis anyway (which by now we should have guessed that I do). The extras are throw-away. Don't bother, or at least don't waste too much time on that. But the concert is lovely... a brilliant clear day with crystal vocals - dead on as always. Noel appears to be having a swell time and Liam is well, classic Liam... full of the swagger that makes them one of the best things in Rock and Roll today. As Noel says... the concert is about 5 songs from the new CD and the rest hits. And yes, there are that many hits. For the uninitiated, you will be surprised how many of these songs you already know. Utterly infectious. Great warm-up for the concerts that will be going on world-wide in the summer/fall of 2005! It's whet my appetite - can't wait.
Liam looks so ugly in this performance.
If you want to rent an oasis video, get Live by the sea, which is 10x's better than this.
And they werent so cocky back then, which makes them much more enjoyable to watch.
BTW, if you're looking for some real music, try Blur.
