Great video that is a compedium of quite a bit of nutrional and health information for a beginner. This video provides all of the "basics" necessary to get one going toward establishing one's own healthy eating habits and for being more nutrionally savvy. On the downside, it might tend to be a bit much for a beginner, as my wife indicated to me. I would suggest watching it in snippets or in sections, as he divided up his video fairly well. On the upside, I relished the additonal info regarding essential vitamins we need to take-very useful. I've heard this same info from other doctor gurus as well as my own PCP.

I loved Andrew Weil's books and enjoyed his live presentation in this DVD - good advice on eating healthy that all people should follow! We would all be more informed and healthier if we did! A lot of what we eat, like fast food, is bad for us!
