A young man (Matt Dillon) is trying to go in with his friends on a bowling-alley investment, but finds that his finances are too strapped to attempt the venture. To curb his outlays, he begins arranging a marriage for his ex-wife (Annabella Sciorra) so he can end the alimony payments which keep him in debt. ~ John Bush, Rovi
this is one of those movies to add to queue and prioritize for the day when all the top shelf movies were seen...and you will be reading a book and can look up from time to time to keep in tune with the story. light hearted...but more like a made for TV feature. cute.
This movie is one of those simple down to earth romances about getting second chances and realizing what you lost. Sometimes the things we don't do are worse then the ones we do. Great cast, nice music, terrific ending, Matt Dillon's character is very likeable...
This movie was so sown to earth, and believable.
I really enjoyed the irony of it. I loved Matt Dillon. He is Beautiful. I watched this movie three times in a row.
I love this movie, view it every five
years or so. Matt & Annabelle are
awesome and so is the rest of the
cast -- a romantic story -- a good
dvd to watch on a rainy day or just
prior to holiday time, any holiday.....
