Corruption is soft-core porn disguised as a gangster melodrama. Patrick Shea plays a lone-wolf troubleshooter who participates in various crimes--but only on his terms. The mafia is anxious to recruit Shea, but he isn't interested. As an enticement, the mob bestows several "favors" upon Shea, of the curvaceous variety.
