In this actioner, a group of islanders begin claiming ownership of a load of nitroglycerin that has washed up on their beach. The chemical's owner, anxious for its return, threatens to blow up the island. Unbeknownst to him, an island hero sneaks off the island and head to nearby Hong Kong where he asks an American for help.
