If you like sci-fi extraterrestrial movies, you would probably enjoy this one. We thought it was well made with a surprise ending. The acting was good and effects were well done. Kept our interest throughout. Nancy C.
This is a thriller about alien night visitors of a family and they can't keep them out no matter what they do. How creepy is that? The movie works on many levels, as an alien abduction movie, a still-of-the-night horror film, and a tense thriller of a family trying to protect each other against a threat which is trying to tear them apart. See the movie if you want to find out if they're successful. I was pulling for them and though I'm not scared easily I slept with the lights on after I saw this :)
This proofs you can make a scary movie without being R rated.
It was a very well made the first 3/4s of it. Then big story holes started to appear and the ending wasn't the greatest either.
The premise that these happenings occurred without being visible to the general population went out the window at the end when the "invaders"
came crashing through the front door at night while the people on the street were celebrating the 4th of July and the homeowner blasting his shotgun at them. So much for being "unnoticed"
It could have easily been a 4 stars with more attention to the details.
