I wouldn't say the movie was completely bad but the low budget was quite apparent. It is far from the classic "The Net".

Horrible movie. We don't really know what is going on and what this man comes as a ghost from 9-11. Just no sense at all. Painful to watch. I've seen low budget films better produced and acted.

I wish I had heeded Eleanor O.'s advice. This was indeed one of the worst movies I have ever seen. The screenplay was ridiculous, the acting was terrible and the death scenes were amateurish. Really bad, bad, bad. I could not force myself to watch it all the way through. It was a painful experience. Like a bad summer stock play.
