Terrible. My wife & I stopped watching it after 10 looong minutes. We could get through the dubbed dialog, but we stopped after the second very corny line. The action was typical Japanese style - unrealistic & poorly done. We had seen the Avengers the night before. I guess we were spoiled.

Great movie. Some interesting new monsters which I had not seen before, but may be in the games themselves? I thought the action, storyline and the characters were in line with the overall series. The one aspect I really like is that you can do more unique action sequences in an animation then you could in a live movie. Overall, I would recommend this movie if you are a horror fan and fan of Resident Evil.
