A man wakes up every day at a different stage in his life, and races to find a reason for his unusual predicament in this mind-bending psychological sci-fi thriller from director Kurt Kuenne (Dear Zachary: A Letter to a Son About His Father). ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi
Confusing until just past the middle when the whole reason for the movie is explained after the car crash. Then it goes on. And on. Other sub plots include how we are like our parents no matter what we try to do about it. Forgiveness. True Love. Etc... Not horrible but if you can stand the first 20 minutes you may make it through the rest of the movie.
Definitely different. The plot, beginning , middle, and end I'd of sworn there's been similar yet it's so different. They have never been put together this way. To much? To little? I'm glad I took the time to see it. Movies like this don't win all those awards for being shabby productions. See for yourself.
This is one of the best films I have seen!!!!!!!! Beautifully done and perfectly put together. The story was GREAT and so where the actors. 2 THUMBS UP, I WISH I HAD MORE THUMBS SO I COULD USE THE FOR THIS RATING!!!!!!! A MUST SEE.................................
Had some good messages and I liked the charactars and their life predicimants. Suggests we are all unaware of the love and care that surrounds always as we move along, evolve and awaken.
I'm always a bit leery of direct-to-video flicks (something HAS to be wrong with it, right?)...in this case, apparently distributors wouldn't touch it because they perceived (OBVIOUSLY without seeing it) that it was too much like Chris Nolan's "Memento" (it's NOT). I'd compare it more to Vonnegut's "Slaughterhouse-Five," but only superficially. This is ORIGINAL, and it's A MASTERPIECE. It's a delicate jigsaw puzzle of a film which, once it settles into where it's going, will have you RIVETED. And it's OVERPOWERINGLY romantic. The cast is brilliant (I fell completely in love with Paula Rhodes, despite the fact that I'm gay), and the screenplay is pure art. Writer-director Kuenne also composed the score, which is RAVISHING. See this with someone you love, and afterwards you can both scratch your heads as to how the 'geniuses' that run the studios couldn't see clear to give it a theatrical run.
