I love Glenn Close, one of my fave leading ladies on TV or the Big Screen, what an actress and nobody else on earth could play Patty Hewes like she does, evil with class. I found Seaon 04 at SF Public Library, what a treat.

Excellent season-loved this show! So sad more people didn't get the chance or take the time to understand what a phenomenal actress Glenn Close is as well as Rose Byrne-one of my two favorite seasons-great story!

Never ever a dull moment with this program; a fun ride is always guaranteed! Glenn Close is simply phenomenal in her role. Season 4 is the best so far, as far as I am concerned!

Does Disc 1 even exist? I've watched Disc 2 and 3 months ago, but Disc 1 is still showing High Demand for months now. Getting sick of this!

Seasons 1 - 3 were absolutely fantastic. But, the writing crew really dropped the ball on this one. All the actors and actresses did a good job though, and John Goodman was great as the obligatory single season antagonist. The issue here was just the subject matter and the execution of the story. There were hints of Seasons 1-3 awesomeness, but overall, this was the only season yet where it was that familiar feeling of 'obligation' (for other non-notable series') to watch the last few episodes instead of the way I watched Seasons 1-3, which was hanging on the edge of my seat. Hopefully season 5 they can recapture the magic, because they failed for this season.

I think this season was a fitting end to the series. It was only available on DISH so DVD may be the only way for many to see it. Ellen Parson finally learns there are more important things than work and Patty Hewes does not. Thanks to Dish for funding these last 10 episodes. Excellent acting by both!

I've only watched the First CD so far. I'd like to know what happens next, but don't exactly feel the need to rush. Fact is... something is missing in this season. Is it the acting? Editing? Writing? I'm not sure. Perhaps it's "All of the Above"! Things just don't seem to "click" as well as in the past.
