this was my husband's favorite episode, I enjoyed it very much but the one prior to this was my favorite where the victim is a Marine.
This one was very very good because finally everyone got to know more about the undercover ops.
I was barely able to get through the first DVD of the first season. This series makes "cliche" sound like a tremendous novelty. Despite good actors, the series has no legs to stand on. The plots are so thin, the detective work so shoddy and childish and the conclusion of each episode so hasty and unsatisfying that it is a real waste of time. The plots try too hard to make the characters look edgy and competent while maintaining a rebellious streak. In the end they all act and feel like comic book characters in a razor thin plot. One of the most mediocre police series I have tried to watch.
Overall, I think this series is rather contrived and unsophisticated, as though there is some crime show formula to be followed. However, if you want something mindless to watch, this series is for you! In addition, Selleck is just a little too old to be playing the father. In reality, I think the man they have playing the grandfather is just a few years older than he is!
Started off really good but has been going downhill quite. It has become a little boring into Disk 2. I do not like the actor Jennifer Espinito. They used an actor from Sellect's Jesse Stone series who was a corrupt government employee and then in Blue Blood, the same actor played a priest. Talk about using the wrong actor. I am starting to lose interest in this series.
