This is a total surprise. One of three films I saw this weekend. This works, it has soul, heart and draws you in. Soderbergh makes this look terrific. Teh dialog is spot on, it has wit,a nd the love story within is brutally honest and natural. Finally McConaughey gets it right. The dancing is well done and the director doesn't dwell on the negative too long. He offers sollutions that inspire the film and the audience will enjoy this. Rent it or go see it. I like the fact that it had an amateur feel to it, written like somebody was holding a handheld camera, it had moments that could have been left out, but overall I think it worked. Was this review helpful? Yes

This movie was a huge letdown. While the eye candy is really hot, I was susprised there is really almost no plot, part of the cast barely speaks, and the movie ends in a flat disappointing tone. If you only want to see the bodies, you'll be ok, but don't expect anything more than that. And even so.... the dancing wasn't that edgy itself. They played very safe.
