Steven Soderbergh's Magic Mike stars Channing Tatum as the title character, an entrepreneur who works as a roofer and in several other occupations, but makes most of his money being the star attraction at Club Xquisite, a male strip joint in Tampa that fills every weekend night with drunken, horny women eager to slide dollar bills between hard-bodied dudes and the G-strings they wear. While on a roofing job, Mike meets Adam (Alex Pettyfer), a misfit college dropout who lost a football scholarship when he punched his coach, and he decides to teach the kid how to become an exotic dancer. Mike introduces Adam to Dallas (Matthew McConaughey), the owner of the club, and gets him onto the crew of regular performers. As Dallas plans a big move for the troupe, Mike tries to start his dream business, falls for Adam's sister, and sees Adam fall to the temptations of the stripper life. ~ Perry Seibert, Rovi

BORING!!!! Did not enjoy this movie one bit cept for Matthew McConaughey..he looked handsome! but other than that blah! was bored out of my mind

This movie was all about sexuality. It had no story worth any substance. If you want naked dudes, so be it, but don't expect anything more.

This movie was ok. The storyline was kind of stupid but the dancing was awesome...especially Channing Tatum. He was the best part of the movie. Didn't like the ending...but I would probably watch it again.

As usual, all the hype from hollywood to cover up the disappointment. Boring story line, a bit predictable. The best part about this movie is Channing Tatum's dancing. He IS talented!!! Plano Critic

Only bright spot in this movie was the one line "type" dance. Here we basic cottage cheese type dance grossly distored with shakie...shakiie... too much cottage cheese, now yourt. I'm trying to say, to me, this was very disorting. I've never been to a male strip bar and I don't want,to ever.go.where story line breaks down, color bad, so much potential and lost it., it is a major slap in face too spell it out in drugs..lost and forgotten memorys.

I expected much better from this star studded cast. Seriously lacking in storyline and way over the top in nudity and sexual content. I expected humor and much lighter fare in this flick. I wouldn't recommend it.
