The Fat Boy Chronicles is an inspiring movie for kids fourteen and up, being bullyed happens to all kids in some way. it may not be the greatest movie ever made but it has a good meaning to it and I think parents should rent it and watch it as a family. It could be a good opener to talk to your kids about what they go through after the movie.

Horrible waste of time. No real message, and if you are struggling with similar issues it offers no real inspiration.

"The Fat Boy Chronicles" is a nice, upbeat film for preteens and early teens. A little too simplistic for an older viewer, it is still a good look at the reality of bullying among kids. I enjoyed watching it with my 13-year-old. The movie also shows the value of trying to lead a healthy lifestyle.

My 13yr old son and I really enjoyed this. i thought the young man was excellent in his portrayal of a bullied student. His smile was captivating. I think all kids should watch this movie so they can understand how much bullying can hurt. Thumbs up.

A great drama with wonderful actors. I especially loved Sable and Paul. I'm a teacher and I've had kids like these in my classroom. Parents need to watch the movie, so they are aware of what kids go through in school. I especially liked the ending and the hopeful note it ended on.

This movie was surprisingly good. It started off a bit slow. But it a coming of age movie which will leave you feeling good about how life in high schools for some can be cruel but in the end the kid overcomes some major obstacles. It a good movie to watch with the family if you have teens or not. I very much enjoyed the movie which at first I thought I wouldn't. I say this movie will surprise you. Give it a chance

As Randy Jackson would say, "it was just aigght for me dog". I really didn't feel that much compassion for the fat guy. A good family move though.
