Definitely NOT for the kids. It's dark, but very well redone. It incorporates all the aspects of the timeless original animated movie we rememebr as children, but with a twisted take that is meant for adults. Sure, Kristen doesn't play the beautiful Snow White that we'd like to remember, but you can easily get past that part. On the other hand, Charlize plays a great evil Queen!
Yes, you will enjoy this version, but remember, it's not for kiddies! And please, do yourself a favor,.... don't ruin the movie by trying to compare the children's version with this updated version. It's MEANT to be different and morbid!!! Too many people I've heard from, continue to try and compare the two. They are not meant to be the same! Was this review helpful? Yes

I thought the movie was great, however, I strongly feel that Kristen Stewart sometimes forgot what set she was standing on. Snow White was way too Bella of Twilight. I felt that She was completely wrong for the roll. The casting person could have done better finding a different person to be Snow White. I think Megan Fox would have been better. I don't like Megan Fox particularly but she's on the same level of beauty as Charlize Theron and would have had more credibility. Was this review helpful? Yes

Nice twist to the famous tale. Very nice story and actions. But Kristen Stewart is such a bad actress and ruins everything. I give one star based on her acting. Too bad, the director could have chosen some other actress because overall everything else is excellent. Was this review helpful? Yes
