Much better than I thought it would be for a movie of this genre. Loved the way in which it was filmed from a style point of view. Lots of familiar faces in the cast. Slo-mo action sequences sometimes reminded me of Asian martial arts movies.

Nothing spectacular, but it was different with some cool fight scenes and worth a rental .

This movie was good almost great with Honor, Integrity, and Bravery. Good can conquer greedy, evil, wicked people. Today we stand and fight; For tomorrow we live. "LOVE RULES....PEACE!"

I found this movie somewhat enjoyable, but it was riddled with problems. Plot started off well, but lost steam like they sold on a premise and didn't know what to do after that. I felt it also needed to be longer and more epic and cover a larger span of years instead of jumping forward so quickly. The conflict should've stayed subtle longer. The lead actor I felt was very weak for the role and it's like he was only there because they couldn't find someone who worked well in the role. The action scenes would've been fun if they weren't so dependent on constant slow motion and unlike Sherlock Holmes, didn't do anything with it. It sort of felt like Sherlock Holmes halloweeen, but without all the sophistication or intricacies. I'd say it's a fun rental, but it doesn't leave much to come back to once you've seen it once.

Prepare to be entertained, realize this is a fictional movie, and quit complaining about historitcal accuracy, and you'll have a good time.

My family which includes 3 teens WE loved this movie. We were NOT expecting this to be about history, and politics, and so we were not let down. This was an action packed thrilling movie packed with plenty of "WHOA" moments. We ended the movie appreciating the irony in the movie and thinking a lot of "what if" questions. This was a great action movie!

Lots of action, an okay plot, and a decent use of the history of Abe Lincoln. I enjoyed the good winning over the evil. Overall, pretty good.
