Police recruit two young car-wash attendants to go undercover in this forgettable exploitation feature. Posing as waiters in a retirement home, they uncover a plot involving the drugging of horses to win bets on the races. Dean Stockwell walks through his routine role of the scheming police detective who tracks the drug runners.
