I am not sure about Triple Cowabonga on this one, but I still like this movie.

A very not bad movie, but it can't hold a condle to the first movie. It's good to check out at least once.

Great action. Great time travel scenario. Excellent culture shock in both time periods. Plenty of comedy. I enjoyed watching this movie.

This movie is really good compared to what I was expecting. I remember I watched it a lot as a kid but I got it to simply get in touch with my childhood. It was actually very humorous. The fight scenes were pretty good as well, especially when compared to the first movie, which I did not like so much. My big complaint about the movie is the story line, while original, has nothing to do with the actual Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle story, and it would be as if in the Punisher 2 they send him back in time to fight a war in England. Other than that it is one of my childhood favorites and I would still watch it again, maybe even buy it. When comparing it to other movies of my childhood, such as Mighty Morphin Power Rangers the Movie, it is far superior, with jokes that fit adults and children as well as more realistic action sequences.
