I have just loved these Ice Age movies. This one turned into Madagascar with the singing and dancing. Silly. This one relied too much on others and Ice Age succeeded originally by letting us love the main characters. Syd should have his own show.

As much as I loved the Ice Age movies and all the characters, I think this movie lost some of the prestige. The family fun and the characters are the always great! Like many other movie series, too many ruins the line.

    I would very highly recommend this film to anybody seeking a family movie. Scrat is so funny and so is Sid the Sloth. Jennifer Lopez joins in the cast as a female saber-tooth tiger. What does that mean for Diego (voiced by Denis Leary)? Also, the baby Peaches is now in her pre-teen years and is voiced by Keke Palmer. Wanda Sykes is this crazy grandmother of Sid's who is so very funny. I rented the movie, watched it, and I am going to watch it again. Eventually, like the others, I will own it. Very funny movie!
