This movie is a stinkfest.... I've seen all the Twilight movies and took them for what they are....comedies! But this one is beyond ridiculous! Did all the actors forget how to ACT?? I could not believe how terrible the acting was! It literally made me cringe at times and I had to fast forward through some of the movie. All I can say is WOW!

Not a fan of the romance/angst so the first 30mins or so was a bit slow for me. Where the honeymoon suddenly ended is where it picks up. Ended in a good place for part 2 to start up. Overall, better than some of the other movies I've seen from this franchise.

This movie has a lot of weaknesses to overcome. The story feels watered down in order to stretch it out to two hours. With that, the script and dialogue are very weak, so a lot of the time you are just looking at static images. This results in a lot of embarrassing moments that some may find campy or amusing. There are a lot of fine special effects the series has been noted for and the action scenes are fine. In the end, however, there is not enough new plot development to make this one worthwhile. Strictly for fans of the series. Everyone else be forewarned.

This movie was more graphic than the first three, so want to be careful about your children watching. I did enjoy the movie myself and am looking forward to seeing the next one. I must admit I like Jacob the best. He is very protective of Bella, and has gone against his own kind to keep her safe.

The worst of the Twilight movies so far. the first hour and fifteen minutes were so boring I almost fell asleep. Not full of action like the second movie, mostly a love story that was so boring.

After three movies, the series is a bit predictable. That makes watching this film extra difficult. The story has clearly been drawn out. Most films could have covered the activities within 45 minutes. If you enjoy the series (and I do for the most part) there is nothing that I can say to persuade your interest. If you are not a fan, do not start with this movie. There is no real exposition or explanation of the characters, their abilities, and the prior developments. (It is the 4th movie, you know.) If you are new to the series, view the first film. If you can get through that one, you can get through them all. The events of this story are not difficult to follow. If you are over 30 and have had a decent moviegoing lifestyle, you will be eagerly awaiting the credits after Bella is EVENTUALLY impregnated. You know exactly what will happen. That is why my score is 2 stars. It is not an awful film. It has just been done to (un)death.

Story is drawn out much longer than it needed to be. Definitely should have been combined with the next movie. And someone in this film should learn a new expression. I got really tired of smirk & sulk! Sheesh!

A moving and hauntingly beautiful movie. The wedding: Alice did an amazing job transforming their yard into a breathtakingly beautiful backdrop in which Edward and Bella exchanged vows. The honeymoon: SPOILER ALERT- Bella getting pregnant wasn't exactly a surprise, you could see it coming a mile away! Frankly I was happy because once the first night romance and steamy s*x was over the honeymoon was a snooze fest! Chess? Seriously? Once the pregnancy was discovered it turned around and the drama was back on in full force! There was the awkward Edward/Jacob rivalry with the cheesy dialogue between them, as usual, but watching Bella slowly waste away had me bawling the whole rest of the movie! You really went team Jacob seeing him so protective of her while Edward drops the ball on a selfishness bender. Then Jacob goes rogue and the wolfpack comes gunning for Bella and the baby. The birth scene was so moving and dramatic and the ending was so incredible-I rewound and watched it 8 times!
