Member Rating:
A teenage girl sets out on a cross country trip to visit her uncle in the Midwest, discovering that she has what it takes to be a true competitor after she's tricked into participating in a local horse race. All Lindsey knows about her Uncle Jack is that he lives on a ranch, and he's haunted by a past tragedy he never speaks of. Upon arriving at the ranch, Lindsey reconnects with her uncle and falls for handsome ranch hand Logan. But her greatest challenge is yet to come, because despite the fact that Lindsey has virtually no riding experience, she's hoodwinked into racing spoiled rotten Abigail at the upcoming county fair. Sometimes the trips we least want to take are the ones that can teach us the most about who we really are. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

This movie was terrible. I turned it off without even watching the first halfhour because it was that bad. The acting was like a junior high play, at a school where there was no talent. If you want to watch a horse movie, pick another. This isn't worth your time.

The acting in this movie was horrible. It should be removed from the shelves. Could not watch the whole movie.

This movie does not deserve to be on your shelf. I have seen better acting in my son's 3rd grade plays. Terrible, Terrible.

While this could have been a sweet little movie about the relationship between a girl and a horse, it ended up being about nothing at all. The directing is amateur and the acting is horrible. Lines were so poorly delivered that I was reminded of elementary school pagents. The Arabian horse in the movie was beautiful and deserved a lot more screen time. We never got to see this beautiful creature in action. There was promise of a horse race which could have saved the movie but , alas, that didn't occur, either. I would not recommend this movie to anyone of any age.

A "B" rated movie. Story line was good but the acting was poor and it is poorly made. I could only watched it about 1/2 way and then had to turn it off. Too bad.

It was a good, not Disney but we all know they have a lot more money to recruit the talent. For sure a lot better then a lot of Hollywood films. I also learned the film received the Dove Award and have to say hats off to groups like them and KIDS FIRST. As a single parent (dad) it is nice to have a little help in trenches.
