This release from British comedic phenomenon Eddie Izzard captures a live performance recorded at Wembley Stadium in front of a sold out crowd of 44,000. Some of the topics that Izzard covers with his trademark wit include sharks, dentistry, houseflies, and more. ~ Cammila Collar, Rovi
Eddie Izzard rocks, but this was my least favorite of all the concerts of his I have seen. To me, it seemed MUCH less funny, interesting and sincere than Dress To Kill or Circle.
I sure miss watching him The Riches.
He's beyond brilliant but a bit slowed down in this latest entry. Every other DVD outranks this one by miles except Circle, which was bland like this one). Personally, I think his torn rotator cuff is giving him too much pain when he performs. (Mr Izzard - come to Massachusetts and have the New England Patriots surgeon fix you right up!!)
Please try his other DVDs before watching this. That's where you will see why we adore him
I really enjoy the work of Eddie Izzard, but this was my least favorite of all the concerts of his I have seen. There are some very funny moments, but overall I felt it was not up to the standard set by other concerts of his.
