Simon Dutton revived the character of, Simon Templar, AKA The Saint, in 1989, with a series of six two-hour action films, made for (and originally aired on) television in the UK. The first of these features, The Brazilian Connection, opens with the abduction of a baby from a pram in Knightsbridge, England.
