The supernatural tale of star-crossed lovers continues as the Cullen family flees Forks in order to protect Bella (Kristen Stewart), and the heartbroken high-school senior discovers that vampires aren't the only creatures in town. Realizing that Bella will never be safe as long as he's around, Edward (Robert Pattinson) makes the difficult decision to leave his beloved behind shortly after her 18th birthday. Reeling from her loss, Bella embraces self-destruction after being comforted by Edward's image during a moment of mortal peril. But as heavy-hearted as Bella may be, her old friend Jacob (Taylor Lautner) distracts her from her sorrows by helping her renovate a weather-beaten motorbike. When Bella encounters a former adversary with a sizable grudge, she's rescued from harm at the last second by pack of enormous, ferocious wolves. Subsequently delving into the history of the Quileutes, Bella discovers the secrets of Jacob's tribe while looking forward to a reunion with Edward that may have deadly consequences. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi
This part of the saga had the perfect mixture of action and romance. The conflict inside Bella comes across perfectly! Eclipse is bound to have even more action. If you haven't read the Twilight Saga series I highly recommend that you do! There were a lot of differences between the 1st book and movie. There was a lot more explained in the book. The 2nd book and movie were very, very close. If they do as great of a job with Eclipse and split Braeking Dawn into 2 movies, it will be perfect!!
I personally was very disappointed in this movie, there was very little action, it was kind of boring and hard to stay awake through it, i just kept waiting for something to happed and it never did except for one short scene !!!
I did not hate it, there were some nice fight scenes. However Kristen Stewart's acting was dry and I do not think she is able to make more than 2 facial expressions. I literally laughed out loud on at least 5 parts, and it was not supposed to be funny. The Bela character is weak and stupid, I have a 3 year old daughter and I hope even when she is a teen she has a better idea of love and loss than this girl.
