The hip-hop underworld erupts into violence after Super Star Records' top recording artist is gunned down in the prime of his career, and the tragic death helps to launch his best friend to super stardom. Just when it seemed as if Super Star Records was about to go belly up, sales begin to pick up after the label's marquee rapper becomes an unfortunate victim of industry violence. Before long, the deceased star's former best friend Rod (Fredro Star) is dodging bullets, too, but remarkably his close brushes with death only serve to spurn on his popularity. Fearing for his life, Rod and his girlfriend Ana (Lark Vorhees) go into hiding. Five minutes into this one, I knew it was a dud. Production was weak! Lark, and Fredro did their best, the plot was intriguing, but nothing was well executed. " Da Hood Critic "

I can't believe this was actually a movie. Could not follow the movie through at all. Something would happen and then there on with the next scene. Why waste funds like this! Shame, shame...

It was good to see Lark Vorhees on TV, really liked her in Saved by the Bell, too bad the movie she chose wasn't that good. Typical rap movie, with killings, and someone making it big. This story has been used up already.
