Georgia (Nia Vardalos) came to Greece to follow a man. A few years later, she's been cast aside -- alone and adrift in a foreign land. Eventually, her passion for history leads her to a job as a tour guide. But Georgia is bored, and has lost her "kefi" (Greek for mojo) to boot. When taciturn sasquatch Poupi (Alexis Georgoulis) replaces the regular driver at the last minute, the frazzled tour guide thinks that her luck has just hit rock bottom. Thankfully, Georgia's latest batch of tourists is a more lively bunch than she's anticipated, and in between bouts with rival tour guide Nico (Alistair McGowan), she manages to form a genuine connection with wisecracking widower Irv (Richard Dreyfuss), a solo vacationer who maintains a jovial facade despite the fact that he misses his late wife dearly. This is a light and entertaining movie. I really enjoyed this movie. Richard Dreyfuss played a GREAT role- and I'd watch this again. Very "cutsie" movie- and fun to watch. Now I want a bus tour with Georgia!!!!! :) Love her! :)

This movie was very enjoyable. Excellent writing, beautiful scenery, good acting & sweet story. Too nice a movie to be a big hit but hopefully through video it will find alot of fans. This is a movie I will buy to watch over & over when I want to laugh & be entertained

I have watched 3 movies that Nia has starred in. "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" was the only one worth watching. What happened?! This latest movie was almost as weak as "I Hate Valentine's Day." Come on, give Nia a good movie to act in. She has the talent. All she needs is a good script!

Occasionally funny, but for the most part it was poorly written and directed. Nia is charming but it was not enough to hold the movie together. We only continued to watch it due to the bad direction and constant mistakes like in one scene she has food on her coat, the next several minutes it's gone then moving forward to the next scene a day later and the food is back. Just an example, there were dozens of mistakes that made if feel like a high school production.

An absolute disappointment! We so loved Nia Vardalos in My Big Fat Greek Wedding; so we gave this a chance, but it was pathetic. Some of the supporting characters were clever, but the story had too few highlights or content to be interesting.
