I loved this workout. I do the whole video through. I get really sweaty and it is the perfect complement to my daily workout. now all I need is a good cardio
I liked this workout, there are different categories of workouts (buns & thighs, abs, total body toning, etc) and the abs segment I didn't like very much- maybe couldn't catch on to doing it right, but overall loved the video and liked the positions.
