While making a routine arrest on a traffic warrant, Officers Reed (Kent McCord) and Malloy (Martin Milner) come upon a large staff of narcotics. Convicted on a drug charge on the strength of this evidence, the perp turns the table on the two cops and brings them to court, hoping to gain his own freedom by charging the police with improper search and seizure.
