Screenwriter Diablo Cody provides the script, with producing duties handled by Jason Reitman and Dan Dubiecki. The story centers on an impish high-school student (Amanda Seyfried) who has to protect her town against her best friend, Jennifer (Megan Fox), who after being bedeviled by an evil rock band, develops a taste for human flesh. The movie was okay. There were a few parts that were fairly enjoyable, and other parts that seem a bit extraneous. There were a few funny parts, and some pretty good, suspenseful moments as well, but it wasn't too scary. I guess, all in all, a pretty middle of the road movie.

Actually it wasn't too bad at all. Not the best i have ever seen, but good plot, good blood, nice rack and you have a good horror movie.

If you are able to get past the misguided previews/trailers, you will be rewarded with a unique and unexpected little horror-ficton film. This is not an "A" rated film, and wasn't planned to be. If Diablo Cody's Juno was saved by a career-performance from Ellen Page, then Jennifer's Body is propped-up by both Seyfried and Fox's screen-presence. The rare beauty of Seyfried in the formal gown will be etched into the minds of anyone paying attention.
