Chris Klein, Joe Mantegna, Thomas Michael, and Paolo Mancini star in director Matthiew Klinck's holiday-themed comedy concerning two downsized Easter bunnies whose friendship starts to suffer when the multi-national corporation that owns all holidays decides to make some serious cutbacks. Hank and Mike are the Felix Unger and Oscar Madison of holiday mascots: They may seem like a mismatched pair yet their differences are precisely what's kept them together all these years. While Hank is a hard drinking ladies man, Mike can't seem to look past his own insecurities long enough to realize how truly miserable he is. Once a year, Hank and Mike dutifully venture out to deliver Easter baskets to families everywhere. This year, however, Easter Enterprises has taken a hit, and all "Tier 2" holidays (Christmas and Hanukkah being prime examples of "Tier 1") are fair game for downsizing. Since Hank and Mike work only once a year, their jobs are the first to go. Subsequently relegated to the unemployment office and unable to break free of their furry-tailed past, these two longtime pals are about to discover just how valuable their friendship can be in times of need. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

this film is entertaining and funny all around. parts are dark, and most scenes are the kind of juvenile humor that harken us back to days when the stock market's shortcomings had little to bear on our lives. you: two negative reviewers, obviously missed the point of this film. i feel sorry for you. you have lost the appreciation for juvenile humor, much like the child from the "polar express", who, once grown, can no longer hear the ring of santa's sleigh bell. how sad for you.

Had watched the clips and thought this would be hilarious. It's NOT, just alot of sexual and adult dry humor...and it was past stupid. Maybe if you're really buzzed, it might be ok.

I don't know what it is that made me interested in this movie in the first place, but I cannot believe I sat through the whole thing. It is HORRIBLE. Two grown men, dressed in gay easter bunny suits through the whole movie, even though they have been fired from their jobs as "easter bunnies," have their friendship tested by their whole unemployment ordeal. Not much of a plot. Perhaps there was the potential for comedy, but if that is what the writers were going for, they certainly missed the mark. Don't be fooled into thinking the movie is aimed at kids; it has fowl language and a few naked women. The naked women were pretty hot, but even their presence could not salvage this loser. I suppose somebody somewhere would find humor in a hot babe having sexual relations with an "easter bunny," but I thought it was just stupid.

dumbest movie I have rented in years! After 30 minutes of the same thing, we fast forwarded to different parts and guess what .... they were all the same! We ejected it and sent it back.

I disagree that this is a "cult classic"; I reserve that status for such films as Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, Little Shop of Horrors, National Lampoon's Vacation, et al. This was, in my opinion, without a doubt one of the worst movies I have ever watched. I kept thinking it had to get funny at some point since it was billed as a comedy. I found little to make me laugh. I have very eclectic taste and dark and/or juvenile humor has its place; this was juvenile but there was no humor.

Just plain silly funny in a strange way and just plain mindless...But something about it makes me say I liked it a little

It is an adult humor that that I can relate to. This is a cult classic. I might not have a buzz every time I watch this film. I have watched this tremendous masterpiece numerous times. I did purchase for the chance to watch each year at easter.
