There is nothing better than watching Gordon Ramsey bring new Sous Chefs to a whole new level--cussing, pushing the limits and making the new chefs realize that they have more untapped potential than they realize!!!! He is a good chef and he wants the chefs to realize that they should not settle for anything less, especially if they will be running his restaurant and earning the $250,000.00. The rewards are fantastic to the team or individual who wins the challenges that are done on a daily basis!!!!! Ramsey wants the chefs to experience what life could like and make them want to push and strive for that life and the chef who really wants it will improve and make their mark clearly shown!!!! It is funny at times and can almost bring you to tears also!!!!
