After their Los Angeles suburban house is burglarized, Karen and Michael Carr (Madeleine Stowe and Kurt Russell), are assisted by policeman Pete Davis (Ray Liotta). At first, Davis seems helpful and polite, even helping the Carrs when he is off duty. Soon, it becomes apparent that the policeman has developed an obsession for Karen, and he begins terrorizing the couple, with the intent of killing Michael and running away with Karen. Though the plot is fairly predictable, Unlawful Entry is highlighted by fine performances by all three lead actors. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine, Rovi

I don't know what that other reviewer watched, but it must not have been the same movie. This is one of the best little known suspense movies. I really feel for Kurt everytime I watch this movie, and Ray plays a very creepy cop. Makes me wonder how many cops are like that using their power to control life like that. If you havn't seen this movie, trust me you will like it!!!

Overall I think that it was an interesting movie. I can't get over how Ray Liotta is such a ruthless cop. The suspense is great, I think it is worth watching.

Oldie but goodie, lots of suspence and action you can't miss with Kurt Russell and Ray Liotta; plus Madeliene Stowe gets banged and you get to see alot of skin.

Kurt Russell playing a tough guy, which he always does and always fails. Ray Liotta gives a solid B perfromance. Maddy Stowe shows her hot body as always. The storyline is ok, the actors seem to have done their best. Not a waste of time, but there are a lot better movies around.
