I enjoyed this movie. Enough action without it overwhelming the human aspect.

Decent movie. Good music, sound effects, set design, costumes, fight scenes, etc., the city of Asgard was beautiful (allbeit over the top), but all in all an ok story and movie.

Came in above my expectations. Had just enough humor with the tragic stuff to even the story out. The FX were very good and I would reccommend this film to anyone who likes action So far, this one is at the top of the "Avenger" flicks that I have seen so far for me..

This movie, in my estimation, was overblown as far as reviews are concerned. Special effects were over the top, story line was old, and my remote's volume control received a workout. I must admit that I watched half the movie, but that was all I could take.

Mere pablum, but it could have been perfect with ScoobyDoo!

This is a story as old as time about coming of age and gaining wisdom in the process. Except it is set in a modern setting with some wonderful special effects. It's worth the watch. Chris G.

I watched the cartoons and I love Thor he was one of my favorite heroes of all time just like Wonder Woman he's the son of a God and he was arrogant and spoiled and gets punish by living here on earth; cool ah I am betting this movie will turn heads specially in 3D even cooler

To help offset the other 2 5-star reviews, which were written long before the movie even premiered, I guess I will give it the 1/2 star it probably will ultimately deserve. C'mon people. Really? A review to compare Thor with the Hulk, and another to say that the reviewer watched cartoons? Really? You watched cartoons? After that stunning review, I could have figured that out on my own. DUHHHHHH! No wonder America is screwed. Our population is so dumbed-down, it is amazing that we haven't blown ourselves up with our own "nuke-u-lar" arsenal. Perhaps we should. End the pain. Cartoons??? Comparisons of fictional characters (i.e. my hero is better than your hero)??? Good Christ. Somebody shoot me! At minimum, export me to a country that values education. (roll eyes here)
