Alex Orr's dark comedy Blood Car stars Mike Brune as Archie Andrews, a mild-mannered elementary teacher attempting to beat the high cost of gasoline (forty bucks a gallon) by creating a car that runs on something other than traditional petrol. He makes large purchases of wheatgrass from a young store clerk (Anna Chlumsky) who has a crush on the teacher. This is probably one of the worst movies ever made. It's not scary, not funny, it's not worth watching. Looks some guys with a video camera made a film and somehow talked Anna Chlumsky (what were you thinking, girl?) into having a role in it. About half of it is spent with people not talking, just staring or mumbling or walking. SPOILER ALERT! At one point at the end they are shooting little kids in the head. This is supposed to be entertaining? How this movie ever got released is beyond me. I love silly ocult or horror movies, but this doesn't qualify as either. Don't waste a rental on this.

I got the humor, but its pretty bad. It's a one time only watch. Much better humorous movies out there like Shaun of the dead,Dead Alive, and re-animator.

Ugh. I was hoping for one of those B-movie slasher films, with the slight possibility that it'd even be a bit enjoyable. This, however, looked like a high-school film project, and had next to no blood, guts, or gore. It wasn't remotely scary, either.

Low-budget dark comedy. I liked it. Not as good as Evil Dead 2 or Basket Case 2, but worth watching if you like those movies. And it doesn't glorify the violence, but portrays the people doing it as evil. I give it 3.5 out of 5.

This was not a good movie to say the least. I am all for horror flicks, but this one was not scary at all, it was just gross. I certainly didnt like the child killing at all. I would not recommend this.

This movie was mildly entertaining, when in a certain state of mind. Don't expect anything and just accept it for what it is, mindless entertainment. There were several "funny" moments that made this movie worth the rent. "All I need is a taco in my mouth and your d**k in my a$$".
