I watched this on television and now have the DVD. Dr. Michael Roizen explains in layman terms why your body is in the shape it is and how to fix it. I have changed my eating habits along with my kids and I have already lost a few inches off of my waist. My son has lost about 7 LBS himself and he is a VERY picky eater. I have told EVERYONE about this DVD and book. A few Co workers have joined me in this new "way of life" and have seen results themselves! I HIGHLY reccomend this DVD. Watch it a few times because you learn something new you didn't catch before, you won't be sorry!
This is very educational. I recommend watching this with a notebook, a pen & the remote to pause and/or rewind so you can write down all the great info given on this DVD. Once I started this program, I started to feel energized... when before I was always extremely tired.

I've read books about what to eat and what not to eat, but this DVD shows you WHY you should eat the right foods. It's been one week since I watched the DVD, and like he said, I lost 5 pounds the first week, and my clothes are clothes are already looser. My stomach actually felt smaller after one day! I'm gonna stick to this. Thank you Dr. Roizen!
